Meaning of Saudi Arabia flag colors

This flag is being used since 1973. It has two colors, both relating to the Islamic beliefs.
Green: honors the nation’s Muslim Wahabi sect. It is also believed that green was prophet Muhammad’s most-liked color.
White: the script translates to "There is no God but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God,” and is also the Muslims’ statement of faith. The white sword stands for the strict justice being applied in the country.
