This organization is often shortened to Francophonie and was founded in 1970 in Niamey, Niger. Its founder is called Agency for Cultural and Technical Cooperation, while its official language is French. Moreover, it is headquareted in Paris, France and its subsidiary is Institut de la Francophonie for sustainable development. Some of its member states include, Albania, Armenia, Andorra, Belgium, Benign, Bulgaria, Burund and many others. Further, it is a unique unit which aims to create positive relations between its member countries through mutual cooperation and reciprocity through political, educational, economic as well as cultural developments. The organization also has the objective of uniting its members to achieve mutual goals which is hoped to eventually aid in achieving economic growth within the region.
